Punyam Academy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of online training and certification consultancy company. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and resolve issues.
Support employee engagement initiatives.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll and benefits administration.

Policy Development:

Assist in developing and communicating HR policies.
Ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
