Working on adequate learning and development of the team through on job training, VM training, product training etc. Managing Inward & Outward of stocks and inventory management Work as part of a team of Sales Advisors always demonstrating that the customer comes first. Engage the staffs with regular briefing and give feedbacks to Store manager for concluding rewards and recognition.
