HR Executive (Recruitment)

As an HR Executive at our company located in Rajajinagar, Bangalore, your role will involve recognizing the manpower needs and presenting them for approval, creating job descriptions, managing HR activities, assisting in recruitment, handling new employee orientation, coordinating training and development programs, overseeing employee data, and monitoring daily HR department operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recognize the manpower needs and present them to the HR manager for approval - Create job descriptions for various roles and advertise them on different platforms - Manage HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and schedules - Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates - Manage new employee orientation - Assess training needs and coordinate training and development programs - Maintain employee data for each department - Oversee daily operations of the HR department **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR function - Graduate and above in a related field - Proven experience working as an HR executive or equivalent - Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems - Experience with full-cycle recruiting - Knowledge of labor legislation - Leadership qualities and abilities - Strong communication skills - Graduate or above in Human Resource Management or a similar field In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, you must be prepared to work in person at the office.
