Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and hardworking HR Coordinator who is excited to work across a range of HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, track attendance, and support payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Create, implement, and update HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Act as a point of contact for employee issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to improve employee retention and minimize turnover.
• Generate HR reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and other key HR metrics.
• Analyze data to recommend improvements in HR operations and practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
