Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment Job Summary The HR Executive (Recruitment) is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified talent while maintaining a strong employer brand and a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Identify staffing needs and collaborate with department heads to define job requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring. Create compelling job postings to attract suitable applicants. 2. Screening & Selection Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic or virtual screenings to assess suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Administer assessments or tests when required. 3. Interview Coordination Assist in conducting HR interviews and evaluating candidate fit with the organization. Manage interview logistics, feedback collection, and follow-up communication. 4. Onboarding & Documentation Prepare offer letters and ensure completion of pre-joining formalities. Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation and documentation. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. 5. Employer Branding Support employer branding initiatives such as social media recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus drives. Represent the company professionally at external recruitment events. 6. Reporting & Compliance Maintain recruitment metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws. Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of hiring practices, sourcing tools, and interview techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
