Job Description

HR Officer – Rankson Incorporation
Location: Pitampura, DelhiWorking Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pmDays: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic HR Officer who can recruit, support, and develop talent through effective HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.
  • Provide guidance and counselling to employees on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Handle Non-IT hiring end-to-end, including job description creation, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs to attract fresh talent.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans, including offer letters, LOIs, and induction programs.
  • Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback systems.
  • Support disciplinary, grievance, and conflict-resolution processes in line with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, compliance, and other HR documentation).
  • Ensure employment and workplace practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar HR role.
  • Strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment and campus hiring strategies.
  • Knowledge of core HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, compliance).
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • High ethical standards, reliability, and a people-first approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, etc., are a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
