Your Role as HR Executive

As our HR Executive, you will be the backbone of our people operations, handling everything from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and admin tasks. This is a solo HR role, meaning you’ll have full autonomy to drive HR strategies while managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Employee engagement and retention strategiesPayroll, compliance, and HR documentationPerformance management and policy implementationHandling administrative and office management tasksCreating a positive and dynamic workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

0-2 years of HR experience (real estate industry preferred)
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent communication in English and Hindi is a must; Marathi is a plus
Experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliance handlingMBA in HR or relevant qualification is a plus
