  • Fostering a positive and safe work environment.
  • Organizing employee events and programs.
  • Compensation and benefits:
  • Administering and managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Processing payroll and managing salary reviews.
  • Performance and development:
  • Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and reviews.
  • Supporting employees with performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Compliance and administration:
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Creating, updating, and administering HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Managing HR-related budgets and reporting.
