About the Company:

We are a well-established manufacturing unit located in Udupi, Karnataka. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations.

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience looking to build a long-term HR career in a factory setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
• Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling and engagement initiatives.
• Support internal audits, workplace safety, and labour law compliance.
• Coordinate with statutory bodies and support reporting/documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labour Law, or a related field.
• 1 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing or factory).
• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll basics.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
