Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and databases to find suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

HR Operations:

• Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
• Help implement HR policies and company procedures.
• Address employee queries with a friendly and professional approach.

Employee Engagement:

• Support in organizing events, celebrations, and employee wellness activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees – maintain a positive and approachable demeanor.
