Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and performing various HR management tasks. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, training, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
Strong Employee Relations skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
