Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager based in Chennai. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key tasks include coordinating shifts, addressing customer queries, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. The Shift Manager will also train and mentor team members to achieve consistent performance.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Inventory management and reporting skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are beneficial
