Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Ludhiana. The Shift Manager will oversee daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. The role also involves monitoring sales, scheduling shifts, and fostering teamwork among staff to create a positive work environment.
