Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive located in Lucknow. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HR Executive plays a crucial role in creating a positive work environment and supporting the overall employee lifecycle.

• Proficiency in HR Policy Development and Employee Relations
• Skills in Coordinating Training Sessions and Handling Employee Records
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Labor Laws, and Best Practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an HR role within the technology sector is a plus
