HR Executive - Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, and exit formalities.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs, leave management, and employee data updates.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity in HRMS platforms.
• Prepare HR-related reports and analytics (headcount, attrition, eave status, etc.).
• Assist in policy administration and communication to employees.
• Handle statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related compliances.
• Coordinate with recruitment, employee engagement, and L&D teams for seamless HR service delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies.
• Support the performance appraisal process, documentation, and records.
• Facilitate background verification and documentation for new hires.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR operations or generalist HR roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People).
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
