The Reppro is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/ Senior Executive – Operations to join our growing team. This Noida based role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, while ensuring seamless HR, administrative, and operational coordination.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing people management, day-to-day operations, and internal communications with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Drive end-to-end hiring processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new joiners and ensure retention.
• Oversee daily office operations, office discipline, and internal compliances.
• Support the Founder’s Office with planning, follow-ups, and reporting on matters related to people.
• Assist with reminder systems, follow-up loops, and operational check-ins including grievance redressal.
• Support business with annual performance reviews and appraisal.
• Maintain trackers for reimbursement submissions, invoices, and employee claims.
• Plan, execute, and monitor office engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
• Build internal culture initiatives and coordinate employee engagement programs.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and operations within an agency or similar setup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practice including hiring, attendance, appraisal and record keeping systems.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, including the ability to engage staff.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking and operate with a high level of ownership.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; documentation accuracy is a must.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on getting things done.
