HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations in the jewellery sector. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of core HR processes, preferably with experience or interest in the retail or jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRMS systems.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Handle basic grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRMS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
