Role Summary

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Assist the HRBP in implementing HR policies, engagement plans, and internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and employee file management.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and HR data using Excel and/or HRMS tools.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave.
  • Support monthly HR audits, MIS reporting, and documentation control.
  • Facilitate exit formalities and manage offboarding documentation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HR confidentiality and compliance processes.

Internal Hiring Support

  • Assist in internal hiring by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain trackers for open roles, candidate status, and hiring metrics.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Act as a key point of contact for client communication and updates.
  • Maintain client relationships and communicate progress on mandates.
  • Capture new requirements and relay feedback to internal stakeholders.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Capture key internal and external events through photography/videography.
  • Create and edit engaging content for company social media platforms.
  • Assist with maintaining a content calendar and executing campaigns.

MIS & Documentation (Backup Support)

  • Maintain client agreements, contracts, and invoices as needed.
  • Support digital file management and document version control in coordination with primary stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Fresher or 12 years of HR experience (preferred).
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations (added advantage).
  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and team oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
