Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and other HR functions to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents.
  • Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with integrity.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance tracking.
  • Help organize and manage HR events, trainings, and workshops.
  • Respond to internal HR-related queries from employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role (internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR : 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
