Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

HR Executive to support and manage a wide range of human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, and HR documentation. The HR Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.To be successful as an HR Executive, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR functions andlabour regulations , and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly. Ultimately, an outstanding HR Executive will ensure effective HR operations and contribute to employee satisfaction and organisational success.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Supporting the recruitment process, includingposting job ads ,scheduling interviews , and coordinating with hiring managers.Managing employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Maintaining and updating employee records in theHRMS and preparing periodic HR reports.Preparing HR documents such asappointment letters ,offer letters ,confirmation letters , and other official correspondence.Coordinating with payroll for employee attendance,leave management , andsalary processing .Handling employee grievances, ensuring prompt resolution, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.Assisting in performance management activities such as appraisals and employee feedback sessions.Organising employee engagement activities,training sessions , and internal events.Ensuring compliance withcompany policies , labour laws, and HR standards.Preparing meeting agendas,organising HR meetings , and documenting minutes.Supporting finance-related HR tasks such aspayroll accounting ,reimbursements , and maintaining employeefinancial records .RequirementsMBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in HR operations or a similar administrative role.Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and employment regulations.Proficiency inMS Office and familiarity with HRMS orHR software systems .Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities .Integrity, confidentiality, and a professional work ethic.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key SkillsHR Operations AdministrationRecruitment OnboardingPayroll CoordinationEmployee Relations Grievance HandlingHR Documentation CompliancePerformance ManagementHRMS ReportingTraining Employee EngagementCommunication Interpersonal Skills.
