HR Executive- Male

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive responsible for managing HR operations within a factory or industrial setting, focusing on recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and supporting a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection for plant roles, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing environment.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts to promote a harmonious environment.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately, managing confidential information with integrity.
• Oversee performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and support continuous employee development.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve workforce skills and compliance with safety practices.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes efficiently as per statutory and company guidelines.
• Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs within the plant.
• Support plant leadership with workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise management on HR-related matters, HR trends, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices for factories.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with HR software, MS Office, and data management.

​This role is critical for maintaining efficient HR processes, legal compliance, and supporting manufacturing operations through effective workforce management and employee relations.
