HR Executive (Male)

We are looking a HR Executive (Male) who is available to take up job immediately.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR records management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to selection - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and induction.
• Address employee queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies (PF, ESI)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Maintain HR documentation, reports, and analytics.
• Support HR policies and procedures implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources studies , or a relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR functions with a reputed organization
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
