Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source candidates via job portals (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and references. Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews. Collect and verify employee documents. Prepare joining kits and complete onboarding formalities. 2. Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor biometric / Google attendance system. Maintain leave & permission records. Highlight irregularities to HR Manager. Support monthly payroll inputs. 3. Employee Engagement & Welfare Assist in planning training, induction, and welfare activities. Coordinate recognition programs (Best Performer, No Leave Awards, etc.). Act as first point of contact for employee queries. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain employee files (physical & digital). Draft HR letters (offer, relieving, experience, etc.). Ensure compliance with HR policies and code of conduct. 5. Admin & Support Activities Oversee office supplies, courier, and visitor management. Assist in travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office upkeep. Support Project Heads with recruitment and HR data needs. ✅ RequirementsQualification: Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in HR / Admin functions. Skills: MS Office, Recruitment, Attendance Handling, Communication Skills.
