Job Profile: HR Executive

Institution: Major SD Singh Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital
Department: Human Resources
Location: Fatehgarh, Farrukhabad, U.P.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage our end-to-end HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in statutory compliance, payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and HR policies. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit Act).
  • Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.

2. Payroll Management

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and in a timely.
  • Handle payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions,) and validate data.
  • Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely deposit of PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory dues.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct background verification and maintain employee records.
  • Handle employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and grievances.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal cycles.
  • Track KPIs and support managers in feedback sessions.
  • Maintain performance records and identify training needs.

5. HR Policies & Documentation

  • Maintain record of employment contracts, increment letters, and experience certificates.
  • Maintain digital and physical employee files securely.

6. Employee Engagement

  • Organize engagement activities, festivals, and wellness programs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/HR preferred.
  • Experience: 2–6 years as an HR, with experience in statutory compliance and payroll.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in HRMS (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP HR).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
  • Key Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of Indian labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
