Role Overview:
The HR Executive will play a key role in handling core HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for people development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems.
• Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or a fast-growing company.
• Certification in HR is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
