Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, with expertise in payroll, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HRIS. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding. Handle documentation and record-keeping of employee data in HR systems. Conduct HR inductions for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Payroll & Benefits Administration: HR Compliance & Policies: HRIS & Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in HR systems. Generate HR reports on attrition, attendance, leaves, and other key metrics. Identify areas to optimize HR operations through automation. Employee Engagement & Support: Key Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fintech, startup, or tech-based environment. Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, BambooHR, Workday, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR analytics and reporting. Familiarity with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent HR certification. Experience in handling payroll processing and statutory compliance. Prior experience in a fintech or high-growth startup is a plus.
