Job Role: The role is to provide directions to the team of Sales Officer to achieve sales targets/ objectives and also business development from B2B and B2C Experience & Qualification Required: Experience 3 + years Exposure to the PAINT Industry/ Building Materials / Interior Designer/ Architect is mandatory Thorough working knowledge of the Respective Location Market Major Deliveries: Drive overall sales and growth at the Regional level by meticulous planning and designing of schemes, inputs, and resources Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential Analyze data and keep track of key parameters to enhance operational effectiveness Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like the addition of new contractors/ dealers, value up-gradation of existing dealers, etc. Customer Service: Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines Cross-Functional Management: Integrate with other verticals like Commercial and Marketing function to promote sales and service to customers Team Management: Strategize and drive the growth of core and focused products by identifying opportunities and analyzing trends and getting the plan implemented by the team Key Performance Skill Required: Sales and Collection Target Achievement Business Development Channel and Influencer Engagement
