HR Executive

Location: Preet Vihar Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 years Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Hiring Post job openings on job portals and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers. 2. Onboarding & Documentation Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents. Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain and update employee files and HR records. 3. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance and leave records. Follow up with employees for regular updates. Share attendance and leave summaries with management. 4. HR Operations Support payroll processing with required inputs (attendance, leaves). Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Update and maintain HR MIS reports. 5. Compliance Support Assist with statutory compliance documentation. Help in updating and implementing HR policies. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic HR operations and recruitment. Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR Executive roles.
