HR Executive / HR Manager

We re looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive / Manager to join our team and take charge of core HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Plan and execute training programs, team-building activities, and performance reviews Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture Collaborate with department heads for strategic workforce planning Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes What We re Looking For 1-3 years of relevant HR experience Bachelors or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities High level of discretion and a people-first approach Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Why Join SkyLan IT Work in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment Opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking company Be a key contributor to shaping our company culture
