HR Executive (Generalist) -Hospitality Background

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

·        Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.

·        Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

HR Operations & Generalist Functions

·        Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and exits.

·        Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

·        Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.

·        Maintain and update HRIS and employee records accurately.

Reporting & Compliance

·        Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

·        Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies.

·        Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data.

Key Skills & Competencies

·        Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication.

·        Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

·        Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

·        Detail-oriented and proactive approach.

·        Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.

·        2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry

·        Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment platforms.
