About The Role

We are hiring an HR Executive for a reputed Tea Manufacturing Company in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination between management and staff, handling payroll and statutory compliance, and overseeing recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a communication bridge between the management and staff to maintain a positive work environment.Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and daily staff management.Prepare and process the monthly salary sheet accurately.Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory calculations and ensure timely submission.Support end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.Minimum 3years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing sector).Strong knowledge of PF & ESI processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.

Salary:

30 to 35k
