Position: HR Executive
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 2–5 Years in HR operations (manufacturing / industrial preferred)
Qualification: MBA (HR) / Master’s / Graduate with specialization in HR
Salary: As per industry standards
Employment Type: Full-time
Selection Mode: Only Personal Interview (No telephonic/online)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF/ESI/Gratuity).
• Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
• Support training & development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• MBA (HR) / Graduate with HR specialization.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HRMS software preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
