HR Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates in India and the UK. - Manage job postings, candidate communication, and offer letters. - Conduct employee onboarding and induction for both regions. - HR Operations: - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documents. - Handle attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking. - Policy & Compliance: - Ensure HR policies comply with Indian labor laws and assist in adhering to UK HR practices. - Assist in audits, policy documentation, and regulatory filings. - Employee Engagement & Relations: - Address employee queries, grievances, and support performance management. - Organize internal events, surveys, and engagement activities. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA in HR or related discipline. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software. - 1 year of work experience in HR sourcing. Preferred Skills: - Experience with UK recruitment or HR compliance is an added advantage. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Flexible to work with international time zones when required.
