Job Description

As an HR Operations & Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by executing day-to-day operations and coordinating various HR activities. This entry-level position is perfect for MBA graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in the field of human resources. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases - Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates - Helping to organize training sessions and employee engagement activities - Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws - Preparing HR reports and documentation as required - Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to multitask and effectively manage time - High level of integrity and confidentiality In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, please note that this is a full-time position with the benefits of Provident Fund.
