HR Executive

Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to support our growing team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, overseeing HR operations, engaging employees through initiatives, maintaining HR documentation, and assisting in the development and implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts

• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements

• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain and update employee records (joining kits, ID cards, HRIS)

• Handle employment letters, contracts, exit documentation, etc.

• Support payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute engagement activities (celebrations, offsites, wellness, etc.)

• Conduct feedback sessions and engagement surveys

• Coordinate training & development sessions

Policy & Compliance

• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs

• Help communicate policies clearly to teams

• Monitor adherence and propose improvements when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role

• Good knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in creative/advertising/digital agencies

• Familiarity with HRMS tools like Zoho People, Keka, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,627.69 - ₹40,345.18 per month
