Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Operations-70% (Joining to exit).

Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and Background Verification (BGV) to attendance and leave tracking, and insurance data management.
Employee record management and execute exit formalities, including letter preparation.
Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain and update candidate records within our database.

Recruitment 30%

Sourcing Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups and comprehensive

feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in role of HR Generalist and Recruitment.
A female candidate with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with the Naukri job portal is a must.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., resume databases, social media).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Solid knowledge of both recruitment and HR operations.
Candidate residing in Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram will be preferred.
