Job Summary: We are looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance at Ritanshi Steel Processors Private Limited . The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, knowledge of labour laws, and strong interpersonal skills to support employee growth and workplace efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and office roles — from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate manpower planning based on production and operational requirements. Ensure proper induction and orientation for new employees. Employee Relations & Retention Maintain healthy relations between management and employees. Address grievances, absenteeism, and workplace discipline issues. Conduct one-on-one discussions to identify and reduce attrition causes. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and organize technical and safety training programs for plant staff. Support career development initiatives to improve productivity and employee morale. Compensation & Benefits Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure timely processing of wages/salaries as per industry standards. Maintain records for overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions. HR Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain employee files, HR MIS, and statutory registers as per labour laws. Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and compliance documentation. Career Development & Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes for staff and workers. Assist in setting KPIs and tracking individual and departmental performance. Policy Implementation & Discipline Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures at the plant level. Ensure fair and transparent disciplinary processes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry . Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Strong knowledge of the Factory Act, labour laws, and statutory compliance . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
