Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Mohali. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and completing required documentation.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Help organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys and other tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system.
  • Assist with preparing HR-related reports, documents, and compliance filings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
  • Support the performance review process by coordinating schedules and collecting feedback from managers.
  • Help develop and implement performance improvement plans when required.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing relevant training resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,761.90 - ₹20,000.00 per month
