Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Human Resources who will be responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, implementing and managing HR policies and programs, along with strong leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:

1. Recruitment: The HR generalist is responsible for identifying the hiring needs of the organization, advertising open positions on various platform, screening resumes, conducting interviews, taking feedbacks and making hiring recommendations.

2. Onboarding: Once a new employee is hired, the HR generalist is responsible for ensuring they receive proper onboarding and orientation, including completing necessary paperwork and training.

3. Employee Relations: The HR generalist serves as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues and provides guidance and support on employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and providing coaching.

4. Compliance: The HR generalist ensures that the organization complies with all state employment laws, regulations, and policies such as shop act etc

5. Tracking employee attendance: He/She will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee attendance via biometric & HROne, including absences, sick leave etc.

6. Collaborating with other departments: They may work closely with other departments, such as operations, accounts, finance to ensure that all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.

7. Generating reports: They may be responsible for generating various reports related to salary grievance, GPA & GMC data, HR operational expense sheet etc.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field along with 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
