HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. You will help ensure a positive and productive workplace by managing HR operations and contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal details, etc.) in compliance with HR systems and policies.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and training sessions.
• Monitor performance appraisal processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, documents, and maintain databases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
