Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: [Gariahat / Beliaghata / khidirpur]
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream, HR specialization preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and maintain daily HR operations.
Manage statutory compliances like ESIC & PF.
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including screening and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.

Key Skills Required:

Good understanding of HR operations and policies.
Knowledge of ESIC, PF, and attendance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day HR activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
