Job Description

As an HR Assistant at our company, your role will involve assisting in recruitment activities, maintaining employee files and records, and ensuring statutory compliance with ESI, PF, and labor law requirements. You will also support employee engagement activities, handle grievances, and help in maintaining HR reports. Additionally, you will coordinate with employees and management for smooth HR operations and provide day-to-day support to the HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. - Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation. - Assist in statutory compliance with ESI, PF, and labor law requirements. - Support employee engagement activities and handle grievances. - Help in maintaining muster roll, service registers, and other HR reports. - Coordinate with employees and management for smooth HR operations. - Provide day-to-day support to the HR department as required. Qualification Required: - MBA (HR specialization preferred). Experience Required: - 02 years (Freshers can also apply). Other Requirements: - Good knowledge of MS Office; exposure to HR software is an added advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 13,500 to 16,500 per month, you will also receive food and accommodation provided by the company.
