HR Executive

Role Overview: As a HR Operations Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, as well as handling attendance management and ensuring accuracy in records. You will also be in charge of maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, ensuring statutory compliance, organizing employee engagement activities, and providing administrative support in day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Handle attendance management system ensuring accuracy in records such as late marks, leave applications, overtime, and shift management. - Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly. - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with HR Manager. - Organize employee engagement activities and assist in grievance handling. - Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Hands-on knowledge of WinHMS software. - Strong skills in recruitment and attendance handling. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
