Maintenance Technician ( Hotel/ Resort )

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Equipment Maintenance & Repairs

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

✅ Facility Upkeep

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repairs.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all work areas are clean, safe, and organized.

✅ Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work performed and materials used.
• Assist in preparing reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.

✅ Compliance & Safety

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Use protective equipment and tools in accordance with guidelines.

✅ Team Support

• Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Production, Engineering).
• Assist in training junior staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
