HR Executive

As an HR Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing the human resources functions of the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Your role will encompass various key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. - Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. - Organize and manage onboarding programs for new hires. - Ensure smooth exit processes and conduct exit interviews. - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts. - Implement and support performance appraisal systems. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance. In terms of qualifications, the company prefers candidates who have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR. Proficiency in English is also preferred. Please note that the job type is full-time, and the work location is in person. The schedule may involve day shift, night shift, rotational shift, or UK shift.
