Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and departments. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS tools. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
