HR Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to support and strengthen HR operations in our manufacturing unit. The role will involve recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience in manufacturing environments, with strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and workers.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.).
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
• Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies regarding labor compliance and inspections.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a large workforce with professionalism and fairness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
