Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Ensure a smooth and structured employee onboarding experience.
Maintain positive employee relations, resolve queries, and support engagement initiatives.
Monitor and manage daily attendance, leaves, and maintain HRMIS records.
Support in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and basic labor laws.
Coordinate with different departments for HR operational activities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in core HR functions.
Basic knowledge of labour laws, PF, and ESIC procedures.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and HRMS tools is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
