Job Description

CEEON India is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources professional to oversee the company’s HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be able to manage HR functions in a manufacturing, automobile, or EV company and be capable of supporting rapid team growth across India. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, and office staff. Draft and post job descriptions on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Shortlist, schedule interviews, and manage offer letters. Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. 2. Employee ManagementMaintain employee database and HR records (attendance, payroll inputs, leaves). Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees. Handle employee grievances and support team engagement initiatives. Monitor performance and coordinate appraisals with department heads. 3. Compliance & PoliciesManage statutory compliance: PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws. Maintain HR policies, employment contracts, and code of conduct. Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and incentive calculations. 4. Training & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and organize training sessions for employees. Support dealer and sales team training programs when required. 5. HR Operations & ReportingPrepare HR reports and dashboards for management review. Assist in planning reward, recognition, and incentive schemes. Coordinate with zonal offices or dealerships for manpower requirements.
