HR Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various human resource functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing new hire onboarding and orientation. - Maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and documentation while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives, addressing employee queries, and assisting in resolving employee relations issues. - Coordinating the performance appraisal process, following up on review submissions, and supporting goal-setting and employee development activities. - Helping organize training sessions, workshops, and learning programs, as well as maintaining records of training attendance and feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role. - Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS systems is a plus. - Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
